# TrustAI > TrustAI is a forensic analysis platform for trust, estate, and > fiduciary disputes operated by Bonis Systems LLC. The platform > replaces the fragmented network of attorneys, forensic CPAs, tax > preparers, valuation experts, mediators, and fiduciary auditors > typically required by a single trust dispute, and records every > analytical step on a Knox-anchored audit trail rolled to Bitcoin > via OpenTimestamps. Every findings-level inference is > cross-validated across three independent frontier-model vendors; > consensus or divergence is anchored on the Knox chain. This file describes TrustAI for AI agents and LLM crawlers. Every claim mirrors a claim already published on the linked surfaces. TrustAI is a Bonis Systems LLC platform. ## Identity - **Operator**: Bonis Systems LLC (Wyoming) - **Operator address**: 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801 - **SAM.gov UEI**: R2BPJDC5CBA3 - **CAGE code**: 1TSP2 - **Primary NAICS**: 541511 — Custom Computer Programming Services - **USPTO provisional**: 64/036,498 (TrustAI), filed 2026-04-11 - **Inventor of record**: Jonis Aaron Fields (individual). Bonis Systems LLC is not yet assignee; assignment is deferred to dedicated IP counsel. Provisional applications do not confer granted patent rights. - **Audit layer**: Knox cryptographic anchoring (USPTO provisional 64/038,359), shared with the rest of the Bonis platform stack. - **Hosting**: Google Cloud Run (FedRAMP High authorized infrastructure; the TrustAI platform itself is not FedRAMP-authorized). ## Audience Three faces on the same platform: - **Federal procurement, court, and regulator face**: federal procurement officers, state agencies, fiduciary oversight programs, and credentialed trust and estate litigation counsel — vocabulary is regulator / court / audit / FRE 902 admissibility, NIST SP 800-53 alignment, Federal Records Act preservation. - **Solo and small trust+estate firm face** (`/your-firm`): attorneys running solo or under-five-attorney practices in trust and estate matters — vocabulary is firm-empowerment, "multiple professional roles in one platform," firm sovereignty over its own audit trail. - **AI-native legal firm integration face** (`/integrate`): legal-AI engineering teams at AI-native legal firms anchoring their decision receipts on the TrustAI substrate via the vendor API — vocabulary is decision-receipt substrate, FRE 902(13)+(14) self-authentication, multi-vendor cross-validation, ML-DSA-87 signature, public verify endpoint. ## What it does today - **Multi-mode analytical engine.** Legal, forensic accounting, tax (Forms 1041, 1065, 1120-S, 1040), valuation, fiduciary review, court filing preparation, mediation, entity mapping, timeline reconstruction, communication drafting, and professional triage. - **Cross-validation on every output.** Every analysis is independently reviewed by a second AI pass against the same documents and case context. Divergences are flagged for human review. - **Multi-vendor cross-validation live.** Every findings-level inference fires three independent frontier-model vendor clients through `tools/multi-vendor-engine.js` with Jaccard consensus threshold, Knox event emission, and shadow-vendor timeout enforcement. Five event types are registered; the appropriate subset emits per call: `vendor_call_attempted` fires before each vendor request; `vendor_call_succeeded` or `vendor_call_failed` fires after; on the success path, `multi_model_consensus_anchored` fires when shadow vendors converge with the primary, `divergence_detected` fires when any shadow falls below the consensus threshold, and when a shadow times out or errors no consensus claim is made — the `vendor_call_failed` receipt is the public record. Founding-case validation was processed across the same three vendors as a prior manual cross-check; the wired-up production cross-check now fires the same architecture on every inference. Vision-extraction perception tasks remain single-vendor because cross-vendor PDF parity is incomplete. Chain integrity readable at `/api/blockchain/blocks` and `/api/blockchain/verify`. - **Jurisdiction-specific statutes.** Texas Trust Code, Estates Code, Business Organizations Code, and Property Code embedded. Extensible to all 50 states. - **Document ingestion pipeline.** PDF parsing, vision-based OCR, and LLM fallback. SHA-256 hashed on ingest. - **Professional triage.** Identifies which human professionals are required, in what order, and prepares engagement-ready packets for each. - **Knox-anchored audit trail.** Every case event — document ingested, analysis performed, cross-validation pass, professional-triage output — is appended to a SHA-256 hash chain, rolled into Merkle trees, and submitted to Bitcoin via OpenTimestamps. Independently verifiable without trust in Bonis. ## Compliance posture - **NIST SP 800-53 Rev 5**: alignment posture, not certification. - **OMB Circular A-123, FISMA, Federal Records Act**: alignment posture for federal-evaluator review. - **HIPAA Business Associate Agreement**: terms available on engagement. No executed BAAs disclosed publicly. - **SOC 2 Type II**: not yet attested. - **No granted patents**: USPTO provisional 64/036,498 covers TrustAI and is part of the Bonis platform provisional patent stack. Provisional applications do not confer granted patent rights. ## Founding case TrustAI is operating on a live multi-year trust distribution dispute used as the founding validation corpus. Because the case involves identifiable living parties and privileged litigation strategy, the demonstration is not published publicly. Federal procurement officers, state agencies, and credentialed trust and estate litigation counsel may request access under a one-page mutual NDA. ## Doctrine - **Two-Hat audience-tailored vocabulary, identical claims**: the federal face and the solo/small-firm face speak in the appropriate vocabulary; the underlying claims are the same. - **Defensive-only audit layer**: Knox is the evidence layer. It records what occurred. It does not adjudicate disputes, predict outcomes, or substitute for a court. - **Truth Protocol**: every public claim is evidence-backed. No named-customer disclosure on any public surface. - **Honest cross-vendor scope**: vision-extraction perception remains single-vendor; downstream findings derived from extracted text run the full multi-vendor cross-check on every inference. The honest carve-out is published. ## Documents - [Federal face](https://trustailaw.com/): Multiple professional roles, Knox-anchored audit trail. - [Solo / small-firm face](https://trustailaw.com/your-firm): Operator-empowerment surface for attorneys. - [Integration face](https://trustailaw.com/integrate): Substrate integration surface for AI-native legal firms — vendor API, FRE 902 audit-pack, ML-DSA-87 signature. - [Sandbox](https://trustailaw.com/sandbox): Public no-auth interactive demo.
